About the Proof-of-Concept
The LoboLearn Credentials and Canvas Catalog Proof of Concept is a limited-scope initiative led by UNM Academic Technologies to evaluate Parchment Badges (Canvas Credentials) and the Canvas Catalog. The goal: to explore digital badges and learning pathways as tools for professional development, co-curricular learning, and micro-credentialing across UNM.
Project Period: July 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025
Platform: Dedicated Canvas instance (LoboLearn) with Canvas Credentials (Parchment Badges) and Catalog.
Participants: Selected units and programs within UNM.
Note: LoboLearnCourses.unm.edu is separate from the main UNM Canvas.unm.edu used for academic courses.
